Kazuri Bubble Gum Necklace

Kazuri means "small and beautiful" in Kiswahili. This Nairobi practice started in 1975 as a two-woman ceramic workshop experimenting with bead making. Decades later, the enterprise trains and employs over 300 single mothers to handcraft unique beads and jewellery with a mission to create a meaningful social impact.
